As leader of the Beavers you have an opportunity to make a real difference to young people.
You will lead in providing inspiration and enthusiasm by being super resourceful and full of energy. It is important that you are a problem-solver, a fatastic team builder and a leader. The role will include attending weekly meetings and putting together an interesting programme for the Beavers to help them to work towards the numerous badge awards. (These are based on an existing programme and you will be supported by the experienced leaders of Cubs & Scouts groups.) You must be willing to take on a modular leadership training programme and wear the Scout Association Uniform with pride.
